I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms with a beautiful free-standing bath right in the bedroom were so luxurious, and the fabulous toiletries added a nice touch of elegance. However, there was no towel rail or anywhere to hang a towel, which was a bit inconvenient. The roll-top bath, highly publicized on the hotel's social media, lived up to its hype.
The hotel was truly a gem in the center of Cheltenham with a happening cocktail bar on-site. The rooms were cozy with individual touches, a welcoming terrace, and a bath, making the stay delightful. Unfortunately, I was let down by the dining experience, now served in a temporary marquee with average food quality. Still, the hotel's proximity to everything needed balanced things out well.

The bathroom was indeed great, but the service was lacking as it felt almost challenging at times. The location was convenient, being close to everything I needed, although the outside area was a bit questionable. The dining experience was average, with hot chocolate served in a temporary marquee, but the smoked salmon bagels were a nice touch.
